Citadel Health uses a quarterly release cycle for major software upgrades for all clients. Where required urgent patches may be installed outside of the standard quarterly release cycle.

 

Software updates are installed by Citadel Health at a time agreed with the client to minimize disruption to the business. The Citadel Health support model is a key component of ensuring its clients achieve the highest system reliability and availability for their business.
