Our Managed Service means that we look after the system and are able to rectify many issues before they become a problem.

 

Citadel Health provides a managed system administration service. In this model, Citadel Health takes responsibility for the System Availability. Citadel Health is also able to manage the Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity from the application perspective and ensure that AUSLAB is available for use 24 x 7.

 

Citadel Health also takes responsibility for the system capacity planning. The regular reporting cycle will document system usage and a number of system parameters defining system usage and growth. The reports also describe the capacity trends and will highlight any capacity concerns and strategies to correctly manage the system usage.

 

The reporting service provided by Citadel Health will include reporting on the system service levels. Citadel Health also actively monitors and manages the system service levels, and proactively reacts to any deviations as they occur. Citadel Health managed service offer includes system administration software with event alerts. This software provides Citadel Health support staff with immediate notification of any defined event occurring as well as notification of any component failure in the data centre so that immediate corrective action can be taken. Many of these events will not result in user impact, but if left unattended or un-monitored, multiple failures over a period of time would eventually bring the system down.
