About the role

Position overview

Reporting to our Head of Operations, this role will see you working closely with Business Development Managers and Design teams, taking full responsibility for the success of the implementation of projects, and the conduct and documentation of client or company-specific requirements. You will apply Standard Operating Procedures as detailed in the Quality Management System and contribute to ongoing improvements while conducting quarterly reviews of the operating procedures in accordance with Citadel Group’s Quality Management System. 

Key responsibilities/accountabilities

The successful candidate will have demonstrated project management experience with an emphasis on time to delivery and project budget management. 

Skills, knowledge and experience requirements

  • Good knowledge and understanding of WHS work practices relevant to the ICT and audio-visual industry, including all relevant reporting obligations 
  • A tertiary qualification in project management is essential and experience in ICT or audio-visual installations would be a considerable advantage, as well as understanding or holding an ITIL qualification
