About the role
Position overview
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Graduate Software Administrator role will provide experience in supporting the project team in implementing high quality, critical applications as well as assisting in the design, configuration and refinement of software for our clients.
You will need to have an undergraduate degree in computer science, information systems or the equivalent and have an understanding of the software development processes and best practice.
Key responsibilities/ accountabilities/ experience
- Manage multiple concurrent health technical deliverables within agreed time, cost, and quality expectations.
- Under the direction of the technical team, develop, build and implement technical solutions to existing products within Citadel Health
- Work with project managers to assist in developing business requirements and technical and design specifications
- Develop and maintain reporting to internal stakeholders include the Senior Leadership team
- Proactively identify, triage and manage or escalate risks and issues, developing and scoping options for remediation or mitigation
- Work with cross-functional teams such as technical, projects and delivery to ensure project outcomes receive acceptance from required stakeholder groups
- Where required, provide product or functional training to clients
