What’s Involved…
This role will see you effectively and efficiently organise the working days of our CEO, CFO and Executive General Manager, Health. You will need to have a proactive approach always remaining two steps ahead of the team. Our dynamic and fast paced organisation requires you to deal with multiple competing priorities, have a solutions mindset and be adaptable to our ever-changing work environment.
The EA will hold a high level of discretion and perform duties and tasks delegated or specified by the company from time to time. Provides accurate confidential executive administrative tasks with minimum supervision. This role manages 3 of our senior leaders within the business and will require a high level of flexibility to meet rapidly changing priorities and variable working duties and hours.
